# Content Planner

> The quso.ai content planner is a weekly calendar of your scheduled and published posts. Create, reschedule and delete posts, or fill empty slots with Auto-fill.

The **content planner** is a weekly calendar in quso.ai that shows every post you have scheduled, published, sent for approval or that failed, across all your connected social accounts. You can create posts directly on the calendar and use **Auto-fill** to let AI plan posts for you. The content planner is on the **Essential** and **Growth** plans.

***

## Open the planner

In the sidebar, open **Social Media → Planner**. Use the arrows to move between weeks, or **Go to today** to jump back to the current week.

***

## Create a post from the calendar

1. Click **Create a new post**.
2. Add your media: a quso.ai clip or your own images and videos. See [Publish external content](https://helpdesk.quso.ai/help/publish-external-content.md).
3. Choose your accounts and write a caption for each. The planner warns you if a caption is over a network's character limit.
4. Pick the date and time, then schedule the post.

***

## Fill your week with Auto-fill

Click **Auto-fill your calendar** and choose the week you want to fill. quso.ai uses your files to create posts for the empty slots in that week. You can review and edit the posts at any time.

***

## Manage posts

Click any post on the calendar to see it. You can:

* **Change** the caption, media or time of a scheduled post
* **Delete** it. Deleting a scheduled post stops it from going out. Deleted posts can't be recovered.
