## Supported Social Media Platforms

You can link upto 35 social media accounts (5 accounts each of the 7 platforms listed below) on all plans. Reach out to us if you want to link any more.

## Understanding Social Sets

We support linking of "sets" of social media accounts. All paid plans come with 1 set of accounts.

Each set of social account connections consists of Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter, Youtube, X/Twitter & Pinterest. You can purchase and setup multiple sets of social accounts.

The <u>Lite plan</u> offers only Tiktok account linking.\
<u>Essential</u> & <u>Growth plans</u> allow you to link all 7 social platforms listed below in sets.

## Connect Your Social Media Accounts

1. Click on the **Social tab** from the home page:

2. Once you are in the Social tab, click on the **Manage Accounts** button

3. You can then click on the link button for the social media account that you wish to connect with the platform.

4. Once you click on Link, it will take you to a pop-up page where you can select the account you wish to link with our platform.

  Please make sure to disable any pop-up blocker extensions from your web browser while linking your account.

Now you can start creating, scheduling, and publishing content directly from our platform.


# How To Add Team Members?

Invite people to your quso.ai team workspace and give each one a role. Plans include up to 4 seats. Ask support to add more.

You can invite team members who work with you to your workspace, and assign roles to them.

To invite a team member, click on the "Invite" button on your dashboard.

Alternatively, you can also navigate to the "Settings" by clicking on your profile icon, and then go to "Workspace & team details"

  Team member seats are billed at an additional \$9 per month per seat, or \$90 per year per seat. If you're on an annual plan, your team member seat will also be added on an annual basis.

When you invite a team member, they will get an email asking them to join your workspace.

All paid plans allow you to add upto 4 team members. If you need more than 4 seats, please contact us.

  The main account or parent account is treated as the primary owner of any workspace. All other team members are added as members only and have restricted capabilites.

# Connect Facebook Page

Connect a Facebook Page to quso.ai for scheduled publishing. Personal profiles are not supported. Which permissions to grant and why.

Only **Facebook Pages** are supported. Facebook does not support linking your personal Facebook accounts for automatic publishing.

  Please be sure you are the admin of Facebook Page and **grant all permissions** to Pages and selections. Failure to do so might prevent successful posting.

## **Go to the Manage accounts page**

Open the manage accounts page from the social tab and click on the link button. This will open a new tab.

Follow the instructions and select a Facebook Page to link. Click **Continue as NAME** on the login page.

# Connect Instagram Account

Connect an Instagram Business or Creator account to quso.ai. It has to be linked to a Facebook Page first. What to do when it fails.

Only **Instagram Business or Creator** accounts connected to a **Facebook Company Page** are supported.

Instagram does not support Personal Facebook accounts or Creator Studio accounts.

  Please be sure you are the admin of the Facebook Page and **grant all permissions** to Pages, Instagram accounts, and selections. Failure to do so might prevent successful posting.
</Tip>

## **Linking Facebook/Instagram**

### **Go to the Manage Accounts page**

Open the manage accounts page from the social tab and click on the link button. This will open a new tab.

### **First Time Instagram Linking**

The first time you link Instagram, you will be asked to authenticate through Facebook.\
If you have previously connected Ayrshare with Facebook and don’t see this image, skip to step 3.

Click **Continue as NAME** on the login page.

### **Choose a Facebook Page**

Once back at the Ayrshare dashboard, choose a Facebook page to link and click **Submit**. You need to choose a Facebook page that is connected to you Instagram Business Account.

Your Social Accounts page will now be updated with your Facebook account.

Instagram authenticates through Facebook, so when you click the Instagram icon on the Social Accounts page, a Facebook sign-in will pop up - *please be sure you allow pop-ups*.

## Enabling an Instagram Business or Creator Account

Instagram requires that your account be an **Instagram Business** or **Instagram Creator** account linked to a **Facebook Page**, but don’t worry, it is free and easy to set up.

If you don’t have a Facebook Page, you can set up one.

<Tip>
  Your Instagram account is required to be a **Business or Creator Profile** and connected to your Facebook Page. This is required by Instagram for posting images and videos.

  If you already have a Facebook Page, continue on. Otherwise, **create a new Facebook Page** by logging into Facebook and going to the [**Facebook Page Creation**](https://www.facebook.com/pages/create/?ref_type=site_footer).

### **Switching from a Personal to a Business or Creator Account**

If you have a personal Instagram account, open up the Instagram mobile app:

* Go to your profile and tap the menu icon ≡ in the upper right corner to go to the **Settings and Activity** page.
* Scroll down to the **For Professionals** section.
* Click **Account type and Tools**.
* Tap **Switch to a professional account**.
* Go through the steps to set up your account and select with **Creator** or **Business**.
* You may be asked to select a **Facebook Page** to connect.

If you already have an Instagram Business/Creator account, you can **connect your Facebook Page to Instagram** by going to the *Facebook Page you manage -> Page Settings -> Instagram*. # Connect LinkedIn Account/Page

Connect a LinkedIn profile or company page to quso.ai. You need an admin role on the page for it to appear in the list.

You can link either your LinkedIn company page or your personal LinkedIn account. When authorizing LinkedIn with our platform, you will be redirected to LinkedIn to log in and authorize Ayrshare to access your LinkedIn account.

## Linking LinkedIn

### **Go to the Manage Accounts page**

Open the manage accounts page from the social tab and click on the link button. This will open a new tab.

The page will be redirected to LinkedIn and request you to log in to your LinkedIn account. If you have previously authorized Ayrshare with LinkedIn, this step may be skipped.

Accept the authorization permissions Ayrshare is requesting.

### **Select Company or Personal LinkedIn Account**

You will be redirected back to Ayrshare where you can select the LinkedIn account type you wish to link with Ayrshare. You may either choose a LinkedIn company page or your personal LinkedIn account.

  If selecting to link a company page, the LinkedIn user must be a Super Admin or Content Admin of the company page to link it with Ayrshare.

If you choose “Company Page”, you will see a list of company pages you can select from. Remember, the LinkedIn user must be a Super Admin or Content Admin of the company page to link it with Ayrshare.

### Guidelines for Tagging People and Companies on LinkedIn

Mention another LinkedIn member profile by adding `@vanity_name` or `@[Person Full Name]` in the post text.

1. `@vanity_name` is the vanity name of the member profile. For example, in the member’s profile URL `https://www.linkedin.com/in/vanity_name/`, the vanity name is `vanity_name`.
2. `@[John Smith]` is the person’s full name. For example, if the person’s full name is `John Smith`, the mention would be `@[John Smith]`.

We recommend method 1 to avoid any ambiguity.\
So, in this case, to mention Root Inc., the user should use @rootinsurance.\
\
Example -\
"Finding a Better Way with Mobile Telematics @\[Alex Timm], Co-Founder & CEO, @rootinsurance, shares the inspiration behind Root to revolutionize the insurance industry by leveraging mobile telematics...."\
\
Caveats to keep in mind -

1. You must have a LinkedIn company page connected to your Quso account to mention member profiles. If you connect your own personal LinkedIn account, you will not be able to mention other people’s profiles.
2. LinkedIn only allows mentioning people who follow your organization/company page.

## **LinkedIn Troubleshooting**

The most common error you may encounter is a company page not showing in the list of available companies. This can be caused by the LinkedIn user not being a Super Admin or Content Admin of the company page and can be fixed by a Super Admin of the company page **updating the user’s page role**.


# Connect Pinterest Board

Connect Pinterest to quso.ai. You need at least one board before you start, because posts publish to a board rather than a profile.

## **Pinterest Board Setup**

Before linking your Pinterest account, you must have at least one Pinterest board set up. To do so, navigate to your Pinterest profile page and click on the " Create a board" option. Follow the instructions to create a new board.

# Connect TikTok Account?

You can link either your personal or business TikTok account. When authorizing TikTok, you will be redirected to TikTok to log in and authorize Ayrshare to access your TikTok account.

# Connect YouTube Account

## **How to Link a YouTube Channel**

You can link a YouTube channel with our platform. When authorizing YouTube with Ayrshare, you will be redirected to Google to log in, authorize Ayrshare, and select a YouTube channel. Please be sure your Google account is permitted to manage the YouTube channel you want to connect and that the channel is public.

## **Linking YouTube**

### **Go to the Manage Accounts page**

Open the manage accounts page from the social tab and click on the link button. This will open a new tab.

## **Troubleshooting YouTube Linking**

YouTube posting requires your YouTube account to have at least one Channel and be an owner on the Channel. To create a YouTube Channel, click on your profile in the YouTube Dashboard and choose “Create a Channel”.


# Custom Clip Using Timestamps

Make a custom clip in quso.ai by typing the start and end timestamps yourself instead of using the AI picks. Works on any uploaded video.

You can create custom clips using either timestamps or the transcript of the video itself.

<Tip>
  Using custom clips is a great option when you have a segment in mind that the AI did not clip or you want to render the entire video.
</Tip>

To create a custom clip using timestamps, click on the custom clip button on the screen with all your clips and then select "Create from Timestamp".

You will now see options to select start & end time of the clip, along with an option to give it a name. Drag the corners to select the times and keep an eye on the length of the video.

Click on "Create" when you are happy with the clip.

# Custom Clip Using Transcript

Make a custom clip in quso.ai by selecting the words you want in the transcript. The clip follows the text, so no timeline scrubbing.

You can create custom clips using either timestamps or the transcript of the video itself.

  Using custom clips is a great option when you have a segment in mind that the AI did not clip or you want to render the entire video.
</Tip>

To create a custom clip using transcript, click on the custom clip button on the screen with all your clips and then select "Create from Transcript".

You will now see the transcript of the whole video on the screen, on which you can drag and select the section you want to clip as shown below.

Once you're satisfied with the selection, click on the "Preview and Create" button.

You'll be prompted to name your clip, give it a relevant name and then click on "Confirm"

# Add music to your clips

Add music to a video clip in quso.ai from the stock library or your own audio file, then set volume and trim it to the clip length.

Want to make your clips more engaging? You can now **add background music** with ease! Choose from our built-in stock music library or upload your own audio files to create the perfect vibe.

## Step 1: Open the Music Menu

1. **Open the Editor**\
   Head to the clip you want to edit and open it in the [Quso.ai](https://quso.ai) editor.
2. **Go to Media > Audios**\
   In the left sidebar, click on **Media**, then select the **Audios** tab.

## Step 2: Add Your Music

### 🔁 Option 1: Upload Your Own Audio

* Click **“Upload a Media File”** in the left panel.
* A pop-up will appear — choose the audio file you want to upload.
* Once uploaded, your audio will be saved under your **Brandkit** for future use.

### 🎧 Option 2: Use the Stock Music Library

* Browse the **stock audio library** for a track that suits your video.
* Once you find the right audio, click the **“Add”** button.

## Step 3: Customize Audio Timing

After adding music, it appears in the **B-Roll menu**. Here’s how to control when and how it plays:

* Use the **timestamp controls** to set a custom start time and duration.
* Want it to play through the entire clip? Click \*\*“Add for entire duration.”\*\*Step 4: Adjust the Volume
* Use the **volume slider** in the B-Roll menu to increase or decrease the background music volume for a balanced audio experience.

## Step 5: Remove or Replace Music (Optional)

* To delete an audio track, click the **trash icon** next to it in the B-Roll menu.

# How Credits Work?

How quso.ai credits work. One credit per minute of uploaded video. What each plan includes, when credits reset, and how to add more.

## What are credits?

Credits are the units used for video creation within quso.ai. Each minute of video you upload consumes one credit. For example, processing a 10-minute video will use 10 credits.

Credits are only used when you upload a video. Once uploaded, you can edit, publish to social media, or download clips without using any additional credits.

If you are on an **annual plan**, you’ll receive all your credits for the full 12 months upfront.\
If you are on a **monthly plan**, you’ll receive your credits one month at a time.

## Calculation of credit usage

For **AI Clips, AI Captions, AI Writer** features credits are calculated by length of the imported video. For example, if your imported video is 42 minutes in length, you will use up 42 credits.

* Videos less than 1 min are rounded up to 1 credit. (Eg, a 40-second video is rounded up and will use up 1 credit)
* Videos with partial minutes are also rounded up to the nearest minute (Eg. 25 min 40 sec long it will use up 26 credits)

For **AI Influencer & AI Text to Video**, the approximate length of the final video is the number of credits you will use up.

## Credit Refunds

Any credits deducted for videos or projects that did not process will be auto-refunded.\
If you are not happy with the output, you can reach out to us, and we will reimburse the credits for you.

## Do credits expire?

Credits from your **base plan** expire at the end of each subscription period.

* If you're on a **monthly plan**, unused credits will **not roll over** to the next month.
* If you're on an **annual plan**, credits will reset at the end of the 12-month period.

However, this **does not apply to add-on credits** purchased separately. These **do not expire** and can be used at any time.

## How do I get more credits?

There are many different ways to get more credits:

* **Adding Credits**\
  You can add more credits to your plan anytime by clicking the **"Add Credits"** button located at the bottom left of the home page. Each credit costs **\$0.15**, though the price may vary based on your region.

## What's New in CutMagic

CutMagic's detection system has been enhanced to better identify screens, faces, and camera angles in your video. This means:

* **Smarter scene detection** — CutMagic now recognizes more types of content (screen recordings, single speakers, multi-speaker panels, and more) and applies suitable layouts automatically.
* **More layout options** — You can now choose from 9 different layout types per scene, giving you more control over how your video looks in portrait (9:16) format.
* **Less manual editing** — Because the AI handles the initial layout and framing, you spend less time adjusting scenes yourself.

## Layout Types

CutMagic now supports **9 layout types**, organized into three categories:

**Speaker layouts:**

* **Single Speaker** — Full-frame view focused on a single speaker.
* **Two Speakers** — Split view for two speakers.
* **Three Speakers** — Grid view for three speakers.
* **Four Speakers** — Grid view for four speakers.

**Screen layouts:**

## Choosing and Previewing Layouts

You can change the layout for any scene at any time.

1. Open the **CutMagic** tab in the editor sidebar.
2. Go to the scene you want to adjust.
3. Click the **layout dropdown** next to the scene (for example, “Screen + Speaker”).
4. Browse the available layout options. The canvas updates with a **live preview** as you hover or select a layout, so you can see exactly how the scene will look before committing.
5. When you select a layout, **Smart Adaptation** automatically adjusts and repositions the clip framing for the best possible visual presentation. This ensures subjects are properly aligned and optimized within the selected layout without requiring manual adjustments.
6. Select the layout that works best for your content.

You can set a different layout for each scene — for example, "Screen + Speaker" for a scene with a presentation, and "Two Speakers" for an interview segment.

## Crop and Reframe

While working with layouts, you can crop or reframe any element on the canvas to fine-tune how it appears.

**To enter Crop Mode:**

1. Click on the element you want to adjust on the canvas (e.g., the speaker video or the screen section).
2. Click the **Crop** button that appears on the element.
3. The **Crop Video Frame** dialog will open.

**Cropping options:**

* **Original** — Crops while maintaining the original aspect ratio of the element.
* **Freeform** — Lets you resize and crop without any aspect ratio constraints.

1. Adjust the crop area by dragging the edges or corners of the frame.
