Social Media AI Analytics in quso.ai shows how your connected social accounts are performing in one place: followers, impressions, engagement rate, posts published, audience demographics and AI-written insights, plus a Social Score for each account. It is included on the Essential and Growth plans.

What you can see

  • Social Score: a score for each connected account, compared across platforms.
  • AI Insights: short, AI-written takeaways about what is working and what to try next.
  • Platforms overview: followers, impressions, average engagement rate and posts published for each network, compared with the previous period.
  • Platform details: open a network to see performance charts, audience demographics such as top countries, and a table of your posts with their results. For YouTube you also see average view percentage and average time watched.
  • Recent posts: your latest posts and how they did.

Open analytics

In the sidebar, open Social Media → AI Analytics. Choose a Social Set from the dropdown if you have more than one.

FAQ

LinkedIn only shares analytics for company pages, not personal profiles. Connect a company page to see LinkedIn analytics and a Social Score.
The account was disconnected or its access expired. Reconnect it from your social accounts page. See Social media troubleshooting.
